1. Deliery
We normally dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. So if you send your proof of payment before Monday or Thursday 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next day. Please note that we don't offer over night service. We normally send our orders through SA Post Office (domestic ordinary parcel service, with a tracking number). You will receive a confirmation of your payment through email, as well as tracking information regarding your parcel The ordinary parcel service will take between 3 to 10 working days to arrive at your nearest post office where you can go and collect.. Please provide us with a postal address when you placed the order.

You can call the Post Office on 0860 111 502 to find out about your parcel once you receive the tracking number from us.

2. Charges
Our delivery charges are based on the invoice amount.
For orders up to R100, delivery charge is R20
For orders up to R200, delivery charge is R25
For orders up to R300, delivery charge is R30
For orders up to R400, delivery charge is R40
For orders from R400 to R600, delivery charge is R50
For orders from R600 to R800, delivery charge is R60
For orders from R800 and up, delivery charge within South Africa is complimentary.

* For international deliveries, add R250 to the standard deliver charges.
