FAQs: Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns will only be accepte if the merchandise is defective. If merchandise is damaged or defective notify us immediatly by phone or email and we will give instructions on what to do.
2. We will happily exchange a different size for you if the merchandise is too big or too small. But, you will be charged for transportation or delivery, both ways. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about sizes. We know it is difficult to choose sizes and we are happy to help. Dog's Life will not be responsible for wrong size ordered.
3. Please note that we are strictly no refund.
4. Where do I send my item for exchange or return?
After that we agree to do the exchange / return with you, please send the unused item to the following address:
