DOG’S LIFE BALLISTIC NYLNO BEDDING RANGE CHEW PROOF WARRANTY
We take great pride in the quality of our products and we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase at Dog’s Life. Our durable Ballistic Nylon dog cushions are crafted to withstand heavy paw traffic and while our beds are not 100% indestructible by all breeds and all dogs, we’d like to think they come pretty close! These long-lasting and sturdy beds are made to face up to even the most persistent diggers. We’ve done as much homework as we could to produce a tough bed that is also comfortable. Therefore, we are proud to offer a warranty on all of our Ballistic bedding range.
If you notice any damage of our product resulting from chewing or scratching, we recommend immediately removing the bed from your dog's access. Some dogs like to eat their bedding, so for your animals' health we recommend waiting to reintroduce the bed when the replacement cover arrives and/or when the dog grows out of the chewing phase.
Should your dog chew up the outer cover within 90 days, don’t worry, it is covered under our limited warranty.
1. Dog’s Life warrants our Ballistic bed range to be free of material and/or workmanship defects, and you get a chew proof warranty of the bed cover ONLY for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of original purchase. This one-time warranty is good for up to 90 days from the day that you bought your Dog’s Life bed.
2. Proof of the original purchase is required to obtain remedy under this limited warranty and proof of the defect must be shown to Dog’s Life.
3. This warranty covers the following: zippers, stitching and material of the bed cover (excluding scratching).
4. The party making the claim must prepay all transportation costs to send the defective bed cover back to the following address after they receive authorisation from our offic.
5. We will send out one replacement bed cover (not including the memory foam mattress and the inner cover for the mattress) free of charge to you.
6. This warranty applies to your original bed only. The replaced cover / product will no longer be warrantied.
7. Warranty applies only to South Africa territories.
8. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
9. During the limited period, Dog’s Life will replace at Dog’s Life’s option, without change.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
Normal wear and tear, damage due to accidents, physical abuse, mishandling, negligence and dog scratching. It does not cover any cosmetic issues due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT THE RETURN PROCESS TO TAKE?
The exchange or replacement process can take between 5 to 10 business days.
